From ancient medicinal practices to modern uses, discover how the flavours we enjoy—bitter, sweet, spicy, or sour—are more than just a delight to our taste buds; they offer medicinal protection for us, just as they do for plants. With stories ranging from Hippocrates' famous words to the evolution of edible species, this talk will provide an engaging overview of how plants have shaped our diets and health throughout history. Let’s Zoom into nature’s pharmacy together!
