As we move into the season of light and renewal, you’re invited to welcome the shift into spring with a gentle, nourishing afternoon of movement and rest.
Spring Awakening is a seasonal workshop inspired by the Spring Equinox - a time of balance, fresh energy and quiet new beginnings.
Together we’ll begin slowly, taking a few moments to ground and reflect on this new season, before moving into a gentle yoga flow that focuses on soft awakening, encouraging a sense of emerging after the slower winter months. We’ll then settle into rest with a calming spring sound bath, allowing the body and mind to integrate and receive.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and is open to anyone who feels called to move gently into the new season.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring extra layers/socks.
Mats, props and blankets are provided but if you would like to bring your own, you're welcome to.
Please bring a bottle of water and if you want extra cosiness, an eye mask/pillow.
There are toilet and kitchen facilities at the studio.
