The buttercups are usually abundant at this time of year, this is a special moment to be held in the majestic show of colour and dwell with how they are moved by the wind.
Our human history would have featured extensive time sitting on the land absorbing the seasons, something the modern world rarely allows.
Bring a camp chair or mat to sit on the ground. There will be sheep and lambs in the same field but we won't disturb each other.
