Join Lauren and Elle at Brigsteer Village Hall for a scrumptious Sunday morning yoga flow with Elle, some gentle pranayama and meditation followed by a soothing Soundbath. Refreshments provided afterwards so you can come round gently and chat if you wish.

We provide mats and props, but you're welcome to bring your won if you prefer. We recommend to bring a cushion and blanket to get cosy for the Soundbath.
