Pottery Throwing - Wednesday Afternoons (SEPT/OCT '26)

Learn the exciting art of throwing on the potter's wheel. This course is perfect for beginners and intermediates, where you will learn in a small intimate group to ensure you get the proper guidance and tuition needed.

You will develop the skills to throw your own pots in just a few weeks; learning how to centre the clay, open out the shape, pull up the walls and control the form. Your tutor will show you how to shape your piece, trim and neaten, then decorate with glazes before your creations are fired in the kiln.
