Come and learn some straps fundamentals!
This is a single class suitable for those with a little experience in straps OR anyone who can invert to a tuck on aerial equipment from the floor and don't mind a little conditioning!
Matt Thompson will run this class for up to 6 participants.
You will develop your straps technique including conditioning exercises as well as tricks and moves.
Pre-requisities: Invert to a tuck from the floor on a piece of aerial equipment.
Useful skills: inverted Straddle, a pull up, a mini kitten.
The class will run on Friday 18th August, 7:40pm-9:10pm.
Please note the class must be booked in advance of attendance.
If you are feeling unwell or have symptoms of Covid or any other contagious illness please do not attend class.
Greentop reserves the right to cancel this class with 7 days' notice in the event of it being undersubscribed. In this case your full fee will be reimbursed.
If you purchase a place on this class and subsequently find that you are unable to take it up please email admin@greentop.org to let us know. We will try and resell your place in which case you will be reimbursed. Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse you unless we resell your place, and this is not guaranteed.
Any refund will be subject to a £2.50 fee (for refunds up to £20) to cover bank charges.
New participants should arrive up to 15 minutes early in order to fill out a medical/ consent form.
Please wear clothing which covers your skin (including a long-sleeved top), but nothing with zips, studs etc. and no jewellery which may damage the equipment. Also ensure nails are short.
You may want jeggings or thicker layers plus coverings for forearms/ wrists. Some wrist coverings e.g. tubigrip bandage will be provided.
If the tutors consider that you are inappropriately dressed for the activity, you may not be allowed to take part and a refund will not be offered.
