Saturday Unplugged Club for Boys - Taster Session

Details

Taster Session – A Chance to Try and Unplug
We’re offering a taster session for families who’d like their child to try out Forest Club and see if they enjoy it. This is a great opportunity for children to take a break from screens, get outdoors, and experience hands-on activities in a supportive, screen-free environment.

With a focus on bushcraft, woodwork, campfire cooking, and free play, boys will try some of the activities and get a better feel for the club.

We’ve seen how physical activity helps boys, especially those with ADHD, to balance their nervous system and manage their energy. For more anxious or shy boys, our guidance and mentoring help build confidence, encourage trying new things, and foster lasting friendships.

What to Expect:
🏕️ Den Building
🎲 Fun Games
🛠️ Woodwork and Bushcraft
🔥 Campfire Cooking
🌳 Free Play

Why Choose Us?
We celebrate diversity and individuality! This inclusive club is perfect for children of all backgrounds, including neurodivergent and home-educated children. Our small group setting ensures every child feels supported and valued while enjoying the benefits of nature-based free play, creativity, and resilience-building activities.

Concession Tickets – £15 Off Each Session
With support from Walton Charity, we can offer a limited number of concession tickets giving £15 off per session. These are to help make our sessions more accessible for families on a low income and to support children’s mental health and wellbeing.

💬 Have Questions?
If you’d like to know more or check if this club is right for your child, email Kate at info@guidedwellbeing.co.uk.

After this session, we will be offering taster sessions as part of our term-time clubs, where children can trial our activities during the first session of each term.
