Details

A weekly ladies only class designed to promote positivity and encourage personal growth.

I teach therapeutic yoga which focuses only not only the physical body but the mental/emotional aspects of self. This class combines mindful YOGA movements, BREATHING TECHNIQUES and MEDITATION practices to connect deeply within and let go of tension/anxiety, helping bring about physical, mental, and emotional balance. Reflection and JOURNALING is also encouraged as part of understanding yourself.

This class is a LADIES ONLY space. If you're seeking a class that welcomes all genders, check out my Monday Yoga class and Tuesday Back care Yoga.

Limited places to create a safe, comfortable space. No need to have experience of yoga or meditation.

You will learn techniques to take away and use in your daily life.

The class runs in blocks of 4 consecutive weeks (unless I'm away). Drop-in tickets are available.

Yoga meets you where you are right now and offers you lifelong support. All you need to do is take that first step.

Please bring: yoga mat (let me know in advance if you need to borrow one)

cushion
bottled water.
If you have a journal/notebook, please bring. I will give you paper if not.

Please wear loose fitting clothing - leggings/joggers are fine. No belts or buckles.
