Claire Williams OBE, Former leader of Williams Formula One

Claire Williams is the former leader of the Williams Formula One racing team. The youngest ever leader of an F1 team, and one of only two women to have ever run a team, Claire transformed Williams from a team languishing at the back of the grid to a regular podium finisher with two third places in the Constructors' Championship. Having secured the future of the team by negotiating its sale in 2020, Claire is now a keynote speaker, a brand ambassador for Santander and Fortescue Zero, a TV analyst for Netflix’s Drive to Survive, Vice President of the Spinal Injuries Association, a board member of the Duke of Edinburgh's Award and consultant to corporate clients, particularly those entering F1. Claire was awarded an OBE for services to F1 in 2017.
