I have been passionate about movement since I was three years old and this lead me to train to become a yoga teacher in 2017. For me, yoga is a way to stay connected. To connect to myself on a deeper level, to connect to others and the world around me, and to connect spiritually in a way that I resonate with. It is so much more than a physical practice and I find such joy in guiding others to experience the magic of yoga and how they choose to use it.
Yoga is a tool with a multitude of elements which allows you to use what you need and make it truly individual. I believe a huge part of your yoga journey is feeling safe in your practice and I aim to be the person you can trust to hold space for you.
I offer group classes, private classes, workshops and retreats, all in an inclusive, supportive and friendly environment to allow you to feel safe, find comfort and take a little time just for you.
