Yoga Flow + Sound Healing

Please join us for our magical monthly Wellness session where we offer a beautiful combination of gentle, fluid Yoga with Helena, followed by a relaxation Sound Healing session with Lauren B.

Yoga Flow - Expect captivating music, a relaxing atmosphere and a combination of creative, gentle movement and subtle breath work.
Breath, move and connect to your body and mind as we tune into the big energy of the Full Moon. All bodies and all experience (or lack of) welcome.

After a short comfort break, you will then be bathed and soothed with tranquil & restorative sounds from Crystal Singing Bowls and other instruments.

Sound therapy is based on the idea that everything in the universe - including our bodies are in a constant state of vibration. Our Bodies are made up of 70% or more of water, which is a great conductor of sound. The vibrations of the sound bath create inner ripples, like a sonic massage, to cleanse the body and mind and brings back harmony and equilibrium through a process called Oscillation Resonance.

We are both truly passionate about sharing the profound healing qualities and benefits that Yoga and sound have on our bodies and minds, to restore first individual, then collective peace and harmony.
