Move your body like a ritual prayer, in devotion to its beautiful divine energy.
This is a female focused fitness class designed to get you feeling strong, flexible, mobile and empowered.
We will be combining pilates, yoga and body weight exercises (and a little dancing of course) to embrace our inner goddess and get rid of any stuck energy.
This class is suitable for anyone who wants to support the endeavor's of the womb space, so whether you are pregnant, post partum, entering the menopause or out the other side and of course teenagers who want to learn how to train for the feminine cycles of their unique body.
It will is low intensity but highly effective.
Weitere Informationen
We meet in the main hall, there are toilets and an accessible baby changing. Bring with you a mat, towel and water.
Pram bound/ none crawling babies are welcome.
