Develop your skills and confidence in providing safe, nurturing and effective massage treatments during pregnancy with this practical, hands-on training course.
This fully accredited and insurable course covers the safe adaptation of massage techniques for pregnancy, including consultation, contraindications and precautions, positioning and client comfort, appropriate massage techniques and professional treatment planning.
Training takes place in a small, supportive group with plenty of practical hands-on experience and individual guidance throughout the day.
Prerequisite: Students must already hold a recognised full-body massage qualification, such as Swedish Massage or Aromatherapy Massage, with an Anatomy and Physiology qualification.
Level: Intermediate
Please arrive at 09:15 ready for a prompt 09:30 start. The course will finish at approximately 16:30.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for practical massage training.
Lunch and refreshments are included. Please advise us when booking of any dietary requirements, allergies, medical conditions or accessibility requirements.
