Summer Sizzler in partnership with OKN1 & Hospitality Connect

Join us this summer for another special evening of connection, celebration and culinary excellence at the Institute of Hospitality London Region’s Summer Sizzler hosted at the award-winning OKN1, part of Hoxton’s New City College. Set in the heart of East London’s creative quarter, this vibrant networking event will bring together leading hospitality professionals and future industry stars for an inspiring and delicious experience.

In partnership with Hospitality Connect, this unique event is designed to showcase the exceptional talent of OKN1’s student chefs and front-of-house trainees in a relaxed yet professional environment.
You'll get to hear how the college are working with Hospitality Connect to offer support and guidance while driving industry involvement.
Guests will enjoy a summer feast prepared by students working under the mentorship of our Vice Chair, Ben Purton who will also collaborate with the college’s hospitality students on the service.
