Embodying our ancestral legacy in CYCLES invites us to celebrate what enriches our soul while releasing with compassion what no longer serves.
Dancing in the chaotic soup of our ancestors: their prayers, their lies, their secrets, their joys- we can emerge with the lightness of clarity that sheds the ancient ties that hold us back and create the space for both freedom and mystery to ignite our present moment.
In this Cycles workshop we unlock the trunks that hold our memories, our ancestor’s dreams, the beliefs and disbeliefs of those that walked before us be it in our blood or in our home. From our conception to our death, we will sort through the mysteries within our trunks of treasures to meet with grounded bodies, tended hearts and open minds, what may have been stored and hidden for generations.
WORKSHOP LEVEL DETAILS
Cycles is an up close and personal look at our own lives, our birth, our upcoming death and everything and everyone between. We make connections, reweave threads, let go of the hurt and humiliations. We get real. We honor the people and events that have shaped who we are and the challenges and gifts they left us with and reinvent our inherited self into somebody we truly want to be.
PREREQUISITES: Heartbeat
This workshop can be considered as 5 days of Cycles prerequisites for the 5Rhythms teacher training application.

REFUND POLICY
All registration payments include a £100 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 2 to 4 weeks before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event are non-refundable. If a replacement participant is found and confirmed, a refund minus the non-refundable deposit may be issued. Registrations are non-transferable.

GETTING TO THE VENUE:
By train, the closest tube stations are either Angel (0.5 miles) or Old Street (0.6 miles). It is around 11-16 minutes walk from these stations.
If you are driving/hiring a car, please be aware that there is no parking at the venue or the roads around it, and there are possible charges to pay for travelling through London. Please check your route and nearest parking locations before you choose this option.
FACILITIES:
Please bring a water bottle. We ask that no glass is in the studio for safety’s sake.
WEATHER and WHAT TO BRING
It will probably be hot. Really hot. Possibly rainy. Or it could even be quite temperate~15-20 celsius (60-70 fahrenheit). Please wear/bring layers as well as dry clothes.
BREAKS/ EATING IN LONDON
There are many options within a 5-10 minute walking distance of our dance venue.
