Autumn Gong Bath

An opportunity to gather with others to honour this season. Allow the gong frequencies to wash around and through your subtle energy field, slowing your brain waves and taking you to deeper states of relaxation. Profound insights and clarity can result from a sound bath. Perfect for this reflective time of year when we are encouraged to consider the past few months and determine our intentions for the next.
As an attendee, you will lie on yoga mats (or sit in a chair if preferred), under a blanket and let the vibrations transport you on a sonic journey that is unique to each person.
There is time for grounding and refreshments afterwards before heading home.
Weitere Informationen
Please bring yoga mats and anything else you need to be warm and comfortable on the floor for an hour. Cushions, blankets and a bottle of water are the usual.
Please note that sound baths are not suitable for anyone with a pace maker or recovering from a recent bone fracture. Please call me on 07917 861604 if you have any questions.
