Our antenatal course, created and held by myself and Nina Parnham (please note we rotate monthly-Nina teaches the Ipswich course, and Jasmine the Woodbridge/Ipswich course).

This is so much more than a “standard” antenatal class… it’s a deeply supportive, fully rounded preparation for birth and life with your baby.

Over 10 hours together (across 4 weeks), we’ll guide you through everything you need to feel informed, confident and connected — blending evidence-based antenatal education with the powerful tools of hypnobirthing.

We’ll cover:
• Physiological birth, caesarean birth, induction & interventions
• Pain relief options & informed decision making
• Birth planning that feels right for you
• The mind-body connection & how birth hormones work
• Breathing techniques for every stage of labour
• Biomechanics & active birth positions
• Massage & partner connection
• Practical newborn care (nappies, bathing, safe sleep & more)
• Infant feeding basics
• Positive postnatal planning & recovery....and so much more.

All held in a calm, welcoming space with refreshments, a beautiful course handbook, a thoughtful goody bag… and ongoing support from both of us 🤍
