Baby Massage 5 Week Course
During our 5 week course, you will learn relaxing baby massage strokes that can be used at home to aid with sleep and other common baby ailments such as teething and colic, all while enjoying special bonding time with your baby.
The course is mum and baby led-so please don't worry if baby cried, just wants to be fed etc during the session, you will be with other new parents who are all on a similar journey.
We will have a short unstructured time at the end of the session, with a chance to have a hot drink, treat and connect with other parents.
A goody bag which includes baby safe massage oil will also be provided with each course booking.
Please dress comfortably
I will provide yoga mats and blankets, but please feel free to bring something additional for your baby to lye on, or if there is something you wish to sit on to make you feel more comfortable
