Details
This is a 9-week course for absolute beginners. It's a friendly and supportive class for those with absolutely zero previous experience Irish dancing!
We'll cover the very basics of solo Irish dancing in light shoes, leaving you feeling confident with the fundamentals of soft-shoe Irish dancing!
This is perfect for anyone who is a total beginner and looking to learn the basics and build their confidence over 9-weeks!
Each class is 1.5 hours, so 13.5 hours of teaching total for the course.
FAQ’s
- You don’t need to be fit! Everyone takes it at their own pace.
- We have adults between 18 and 80 years old join our classes - all ages welcome!
- You don’t need any dance shoes - trainers are perfect!
- If you have any accessibility needs, let us know and we’ll support you.
- If you have to miss a class, don't worry, we send videos after every class so that you can catch up on what you missed, and we will recap everything the following week.
💃🏻 Your teacher will be Jessie Leach - certified Irish Dancer teacher with CLRG, former Riverdance cast member and former All-Ireland, Great Britain and North American champion of Irish Dance.
🥂 This is a social class with optional post-jig swig at The Boogaloo down the road!
