A gentle introduction to starting school or pre school with a heavy focus on wellbeing and emotional readiness. For parent and child to attend together.
We will walk through some of the common worries children might have including saying bye to parents, making friends, and what to fo if they need the toilet! All done in a fun and reassuring way.
Through yoga, story and movement, we will go through a typical day so children are beginning to be prepared for what's to come.
By the end, children will feel more familiar with the idea of school or pre school and more confident in knowing what to do in different situations.
