Amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it's hard to find the calm! This class invites you to slow down, take a pause and connect with each other.
A playful spring themed yoga session for adult and child to enjoy together. No experience needed and as always participate as much or as little as you would like.
After a gentle relaxation Inspired by the sounds of nature, we'll roll out the mat and create some pretty Easter centrepieces together. All materials provided and you'll take home your very own creation.
Refreshments included.

The Bee Hub has a very large carpark that is free to use.
Access to the event space is via a set of approx 20 stairs. There is also a lift freely availiable.
On arrival at the Cafe, walk down the corridor and turn left. Through a double set of doors and you will arrive at The Bee Hub.
