Develop a calm and grounded connection to your body, mind and bump.
Join Lizzie, who is also currently in her second pregnancy, as she helps you explore physical shapes to keep your body strong and mobile, but also to ease any discomforts that can come with growing another human.
The class will also include breath work and meditation to give you tools to use throughout the rest of your pregnancy journey and beyond.
Not only will this class help you physically but you will meet other woman on a similar journey, maybe even make friends and perhaps you will join Mum and Baby Yoga in the winter.

It's recommended you check with your mid-wife before beginning any new exercise programmes but staying fit and active is essential for a healthy pregnancy.
Usually these classes are for 12+ weeks but I will leave that to your discretion (and healthcare teams advice)
This will be suitable for all Yoga experience levels.
Please advise Lizzie of any important medical or other information, and any changes that develop through your pregnancy.
All equipment is provided
You are welcome to bring anything with you if you prefer to use our own.
Please bring a travel cup or mug for tea.
