About Emma Bonnici
Since 2006, Emma has journeyed across India, Africa, and the UK, immersing herself in the study and application of Ayurveda and yogic tradition. She specialises in tailoring teachings to suit individual body types and doshas, observing how energy shifts with environment, season, and lifestyle. Attuned deeply to her students’ energies, Emma integrates alignment, breathwork, music, and intuitive sequencing. Teaching with enthusiasm, sensitivity, and precision, she offers unwavering encouragement and support. Her practice is inspired by teachers at Sivananda Kutir Ashram, the Yoga Study Centre, Patanjala Yoga Kendra, and Tattvaa Yogashala. Emma continues to deepen her knowledge through regular study in Rishikesh and now leads annual Kanga Yoga teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats worldwide, both in-person and online.
