A six week term of yoga, mindful movement, breathwork and relaxation.
Dates: 6th, 13th, 27th May; 3rd, 10th, 17th June
Location: Harpole Methodist Chapel
Time: 7 - 8.15pm.
All abilities welcome.

Please bring your own mat, drink, and layers/blanket to cover up when lying down to relax.
