An Ancient Samhain Gathering of Cacao, Ritual & Returning Home
As the season turns and the veil between the worlds grows thin, we gather on the eve of Samhain - the ancient Celtic threshold between the light and the dark.
A sacred time to honour the turning of the seasons, the wisdom of our ancestors, and the natural cycles of, release, rest and renewal.
We come together as women to remember.
To remember the ancient wisdom held within our bodies.
To remember the women who walked before us.
To honour our ancestors and the stories carried through our bloodlines.
And to listen once again to the quiet voice of the Wise Woman within.
Our evening will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony, sharing the medicine of cacao.
We will slow down with gentle relaxing yoga, soften and drop beneath the noise of everyday life, allowing the warmth of cacao to guide us gently back towards the heart.
From this place, we will journey through meditation, embodied movement, ritual, storytelling and deep release, creating space to shed old layers, loosen the masks we have worn and return to the truth of who we are.
The Evening will weave together ancient ritual and embodied feminine wisdom, allowing ourselves to be held by the rhythm of the earth and the turning of the Season.
This is a remembering.
A returning.
A coming home to the woman beneath the layers.
To the wild woman.
To the wise woman.
To the ancestral woman.
To the woman of heart and soul.
She has always been there.
Waiting beneath the noise.

Preparation for your class;
WHAT TO BRING;
Please bring an optional sacred item for the alter, a journal & pen, comfy layers.
Parking;
Park on the public lay-by on Whins Lane
It is important you arrive no earlier than 10 mins before the start of your class, this allows teachers to prepare and clean the Studio.
When arriving, please remove shoes at the door as our Studio floor is cleaned and sanitised before each class.
Please leave all your belongings in the cloakroom. It is important you put your phone and smart watch on silent and leave in the cloakroom as they are not allowed in the studio.
The studio is a time and place for you to connect to your practice.

COURSES, EVENTS, WORKSHOPS, POP UP CLASSES OR RETREATS - Once booked these are non refundable or transferable. If you cannot attend your place can be gifted to somebody else.
