Join us for a deeply relaxing and immersive soundbath, this Sunday 7pm - 8:15pm, at La Maison Yoga & Wellness, lovingly guided by Mischa, to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with a sense of calm.
This gentle session invites you to rest, listen, and receive, allowing the body and mind to settle. It's perfect for anyone seeking deep relaxation without effort, movement, or expectation.

Please note: Soundbaths are not suitable for anyone with a pacemaker, epilepsy, extreme sound sensitivity, or during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Please bring your own mat
Parking;
Park on the public lay-by on Whins Lane
It is important you arrive no earlier than 10 mins before the start of your class, this allows teachers to prepare and clean the Studio.
When arriving, please remove shoes at the door as our Studio floor is cleaned and sanitised before each class.
Please leave all your belongings in the cloakroom. It is important you put your phone and smart watch on silent and leave in the cloakroom as they are not allowed in the studio.
The studio is a time and place for you to connect to your practice.
