Welcome! This course is about being good to yourself, building strength and flexibility through the holding (and flow) of yoga postures. It's giving yourself the time and space to calm your mind through relaxation techniques and easy to follow meditation. You will learn the basics postures of yoga, experience a variety of yogic breath work that can either calm, soothe or energise you, and discover ways to connect with yourself. It's a great way to end the week and start the weekend. Be kind to yourself, this is time for you!
Level: Beginner
Please aim to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the class starts.
Bring your yoga mat, a bottle of water and any yoga props you may wish to use.
Please wear comfortable clothes, layers are recommended.
Yoga is practised bare foot or with yoga socks.
