This extended workshop will consist of an hour of Vinyasa yoga, a strong and dynamic class. We'll then have the opportunity to to talk through fundamental postures and transitions. Working in pairs and having the time to chat and ask questions. It's important to me that everyone has the space to talk, explore and learn!
Please bring your yoga mat, blocks, strap,water and a smile!
