SELF-CARE SUMMER Yoga Nidra with Sarah Bradbury

This is a FREE or DONATION BASED 'SELF-CARE SUMMER' event

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by a guided relaxation, allowing you to detach from the conscious mind, unwind, release tension and reconnect with yourself, in a cosy nest of blankets and pillows, with soft music and sweet treats to finish.

Classes are held in a peaceful, private studio in Fareham and I lead with gentle stretches and breath work at the beginning, suitable for all and guide you into a blissful, relaxed state of Yoga Nidra. No experience necessary.

There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

FREE TICKETS: At the LV Life Wellbeing Centre, we believe everybody should have the chance to enjoy self-care. We therefore offer free tickets for those in GENUINE FINANCIAL NEED. In return, we ask that you respect our belief of 'Asteya' - The Yogic practice of 'non-stealing'. We kindly ask that if you book a place in class that you ensure you attend / notify us of non-attendance. Classes are often fully-booked, and wasted spaces steal the opportunity from other attendees waiting for a space, and also steals the potential for further donations towards the running costs of the LV Life Wellbeing Centre. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.
