This is a FREE or DONATION BASED 'SELF-CARE SUMMER' treatment
Chakra Balancing with Crystals – this is a holistic therapy that aims to balance the main seven energy centres in the body. By clearing blockages and restoring balance, it can improve physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. The session includes opening and closing ritual, checking of the chakras with a pendulum, crystal placement, checking and cleansing of the aura.
Sessions are held in a private studio near Fareham Town Centre - PO16 7BS. There is some on-site parking and plenty of free parking nearby (see attachment for directions and parking options)

Classes are often fully-booked, and wasted spaces steal the opportunity from other attendees waiting for a space, and also steals the potential for further donations towards the running costs of the LV Life Wellbeing Centre.
