Join us for a magical yoga storytelling adventure! The session includes gentle yoga poses, breathwork, mindfulness and relaxation in a fun, playful and interactive way. 'Mindful Mat Story Adventures' are 40 minutes long and mats are provided. Please arrive 5 minutes before the session to settle into the space. A session includes one parent and one child. Bringing more than one child? No problem! They can be added at an additional cost. We look forward to welcoming you!
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a drink. Bringing your inner child is most definitely encouraged!
