You can work at your own level and there are no wrong moves!
Level: Beginner, Intermediate
Guidelines that we followed during the pandemic have relaxed but we are still mindful of each other - please do not come to class if you have a temperature, a heavy cold or a cough.
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before the class.
Bring minimal baggage with you, a small bag to contain all your things is advised.
Make sure you bring water, to avoid going into the kitchen and take your bottle home with you! 🤣
Please wear plenty of layers as the hall may be chilly at first with doors open for ventilation.
Do not book this class if you are shielding or have other health issues that make you vulnerable to being in a group.
