Join us at The Lodge in Castlewellan on Easter Sunday morning to join our voices together for peace. There is much power to be accessed when we join together in community to send harmony and healing to where the world needs it most. The chanting will be followed by a deep sound healing immersion led by Niamh from Mourne Magic and music by Gráinne Holland.
Our voices hold the power to speak up for those who cannot. Working with the mantra for peace we will create sound together. No experience is necessary, you will be safely guided through the practices to activate the voice and become your own sound healer. Our voices need to be heard more than ever. Peace has to begin with us.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to Children Not Numbers and Gaza Soup Kitchen.
Weitere Informationen
Please bring a yoga mat, cosy blankets and an eye mask. If you need support under your knees for sitting or lying down please bring these also as The Lodge is not equipped with yoga supplies. Don't worry if you think you are bringing too much stuff! your comfort is key so get cosy and raid the sofa cushions!
Bring plenty of water as chanting can be thirsty work.
