This week we will explore a new class format where we will have a discussion in the opening circle to establish the direction for the class. I will come with some ideas, and you are invited to do the same - Tell me what you want to learn, and I'll find a way to spin ideas into a class in the moment. There will be a relaxed intro space intro warm up as usually, following the circle.
This class is always open to movers of all backgrounds and also those to whom a movement practice is new.
