This excellent NEW course will be beneficial for support staff, teachers, learning mentors and tutors. It has been specifically designed to give an understanding of SEND as well as provide a variety of strategies to aid learning in the classroom. During the session delegates will develop their basic understanding and knowledge of a range of conditions, including ASC, ADHD, Dyslexia and Dyspraxia and will leave with an awareness of the difficulties students may face in the classroom and strategies to help their learning.
This course is suitable for lunchtime supervisors, school cooks, catering staff, front of house, teaching assistants and support staff working in early years (EY), primary (P), secondary (S), and SEN schools.
