As we move towards Spring, a season of newness and more light, it can be a great opportunity to cleanse and to shred the heaviness of winter.
This event will give you the chance to meditate, breathe, journal and bathe in the healing sounds of a sound bath to detox your body and mind.
Ticket price includes a cacao ritual to help you energise, focus and release.
