For this Breathe & Brunch event Kat Yousefi will be joined by Dana Stevens, a life coach who specialises in helping women change their life and careers.
Dana is passionate about helping women build their confidence and self-belief, to create the life that they want and deserve.
This event will open with some movement by Kat and then you will move into an interactive session with Dana on how to set boundaries in your life, so that, you can start saying no to others and start saying YES to yourself. There will be practical tips on how to communicate what you need and how to main the boundaries you create in a way that works for you.
The session will close with some breathwork and then you'll head into our other space for a light brunch, including a mimosa.
Come wearing comfy clothes and ready to go. All mats and props provided as well as refreshments. Please let us know in advance of any dietary requirements.
Parking is available on the road. There are no restrictions, but please be mindful when parking not to cover people's drives.
