Join Annie as she guides you through a 4 night retreat! We will explore the themes of Reconnect, Release and Reset.
Arrival: Monday 11th March at 4pm for settling in food and welcoming circle
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be our full days.
You will leave Friday morning feeling nourished and rested.
Included in the retreat will be daily yoga: vinyasa, Yin and Restorative.
As well as a breathwork release session, nature walks, fire pit, creative wellbeing sessions, free time to chill and of course 3 nourishing meals a day plus an evening meal on the Monday and breakfast on the Friday provided by our caterer Paul (Better Call Paul Catering).
Rooms:
We have 5 rooms that have 2 twin beds all with an ensuite.
There is one room with a double bed and ensuite.
Please note that you will be required to share a room, if you are coming with someone then I will put you in a room together. If you are wanting a room to yourself, then please get in touch as there is an extra fee attached to this.
You can either pay in full or pay a deposit. Payment schemes are available. Early bird tickets are available for one month only and only if you pay in full.
