Join us for your two favourite things combined - a baby class AND access to our play space for the remainder of the session!
Join us for a beautiful introduction (or refresher!) to Baby Massage and Baby Yoga. A calm, nurturing space for you and your little ones to connect, relax and enjoy special time together.
Come and join bonding time, as well as gain knowledge of how to ease common discomforts such as wind, colic and constipation.
Combined with gentle Baby movements, this workshop supports your baby's physical development while creating a smoothing and enjoyable experience for both.
To begin with, we will offer this on two consecutive Friday Mornings.
Our normal cafe rules apply:
No outside food or drink permitted
Shoes off for all attendees, socks on
Parents and carers remain responsible for their children at all times
The play areas may contain small parts - please be mindful of this with smaller children.
