Sessions include both playtime and your chosen activity — full details can be found in your booking confirmation.
Spaces are limited, so bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Supervision & Safety
Children remain the responsibility of their grown-ups at all times.
Our team is here to support, but adults must actively supervise their child(ren) during play.
Food & Drink Policy
No outside food or drinks may be brought into the café, except for baby bottles or weaning snacks.
If your child has an allergy or specific dietary need, please speak to a manager before your session — we’ll be happy to help.
Play Area Rules
Shoes off, socks on for both adults and children in all play areas.
