Join us on Saturday 7th March, 10:00 – 12:00 for a blissful morning workshop of guided gua sha group facial and sound healing with Jana and Georgia.

Each guest will receive their own gua sha tool and Neal’s Yard organic facial oils to explore.
Jana will gently guide you through soothing facial massage techniques to melt away tension, ease the jaw and neck, and bring fresh radiance to your skin. Learn to naturally boost collagen, release stagnation, and reveal your springtime glow.

Everything you need for your facial journey will be beautifully provided.

Then allow Georgia to lead you into a restorative sound journey, a deeply calming immersion to release tension, awaken clarity, and balance your energy.
Beginning with grounding meditation, flowing into the tranquil tones of alchemy crystal bowls and healing instruments that wash gently over you, harmonising your mind, body, and spirit.
