Oxford University is setting a target to achieve net zero carbon and biodiversity net gain by 2035 to address the global challenges of climate change and biodiversity loss in our organisation.

Harriet Waters (Head of Environmental Sustainability) will present the biodiversity net gain aspects of the University’s Environmental sustainability strategy. Come along, find out more and ask any questions ahead of the consultation closing on 6 December.

Harriet Waters

Head of Environmental Sustainability, University of Oxford

Harriet Waters is Head of Environmental Sustainability at the University of Oxford (2013 –). She is responsible for the long-term planning and direction of environmental sustainability at the University and oversees the delivery of the wide range of strategies and services implemented by the Environmental Sustainability team. Harriet recently qualified as a Chartered Environmentalist with the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA).
