CAREGIVER PARTICIPATION: Only one parent/caregiver per child per class is permitted inside Piano Buds in a Pod due to space constraints.

Class dates and fees are set based on the number of scheduled classes for the term. Please review the schedule, including school closure dates, before booking.

ABOUT THE CLASS: Baby Beethoven are early-childhood music classes for toddlers and preschoolers crafted to spark their imagination through music, movement, piano, and dramatic play. Over the semester, with varied themes, students will explore the core concepts of performing classical music within pretend play while keeping a steady beat, playing rhythm instruments, dancing to orchestral music, reading notation, singing the solfège, and exploring the piano with one-finger classical tunes with your stuffy Nina the Ballerina. Age: Our classes are recommended for ages 18 months and up, though we happily welcome little ones younger than 18 months, up to age 4. Class size: 8 students. Class duration: 45-minutes.

SAMPLE CLASS STRUCTURE: In a Baby Beethoven class, 🎶 we start with a Hello Song and solfège hand signs — Do (✊), Re (🤚), Mi (🫳), 🩰 Nina the Ballerina dances on little arms, 📚 we explore The Nutcracker story, 🥁 sing “I Am a Fine Musician” and pretend to be in a band, 🪖 march with tambourines like wooden soldiers, 👑 take royal bows with imaginary crowns, 🐎 gallop like horses to the beat, 🎹 find notes and finger numbers on baby keyboards, and 🌟 finish by playing “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” on real pianos.

MISSED CLASSES & MAKE-UPS: We understand that schedules change! Let us know in advance—we’re happy to transfer your booking to another Baby Beethoven session. We honor a wide range of holidays. Just let us know if you're observing one and need to miss a class. To rebook, email pianobudsinapod@gmail.com and request a “full-discount code” on a 1-class/drop-on ticket booking for your make-up session.

STUDIO CANCELLATIONS: If Piano Buds must cancel a class for any reason (e.g., teacher illness or inclement weather), a full refund will be issued for the canceled class.

STROLLER PARKING NOTICE: For everyone’s safety, strollers cannot be parked in the hallway due to fire hazard regulations. Please follow these steps: Check in at the concierge desk and ask for Piano Buds’ designated stroller parking space. The concierge will direct you to a stroller parking area either at the concierge desk or inside the community hall—both monitored by security cameras. Take all valuables with you. Use the elevator to Floor 1, Suite 101 to attend your class. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

REQUESTING A REFUND: Please note that all refund requests must be made in writing to the studio administration within the specified timeframes outlined in this policy. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 15 working days of the request being received to your original payment method. To do so, please send an email to pianobudsinapod@gmail.com requesting a refund.

1. If refunds are requested before the start of a class we will apply a 10% cancellation fee.
2. For course ticket bookings, refunds are permitted up until four (4) weeks after the start of the classes in a course ticket booking. However, a 20% cancellation fee will apply for the remaining classes.
3. For Class Pass purchases, a 20% cancellation fee applies to the unused portion.
4. No refunds will be granted after four (4) weeks into the start of the classes in a course ticket booking. Piano Buds will provide a credit that can be applied towards future classes without any cancellation fees.
