Wolverhampton Play Session Extended Session

When you purchase your ticket, you are agreeing to the following:

🎟️ Tickets are non-refundable.

🎟️ Ensure every child attending has a pre-booked ticket. Babies in arms will not require a ticket.

🍂 During bad weather, we may ask children to remove shoes to ensure the hall floor remains clean - we don’t want children having to play/kneel on wet, soggy leaves! Please ensure children have socks on.

☕️Complimentary hot drinks will be available for adults - please bring your own lidded flask (our little bit to help the environment!).

👦 Any child under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

📸 Photography of the events may take place and be used on our website/social media. Please get in touch at least 24 hours before your booked event if you would like to not have your child photographed (email - pitstopplaytime@gmail.com ).

Please ensure children are supervised at the session and that equipment is not deliberately damaged.

🚨 IMPORTANT: If you, or a family member are showing any signs of illness (such as COVID-19, Chicken Pox, Hand Foot and Mouth etc) please do not attend our sessions.

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of the event; at that point you can transfer your bookings to another event in the future. If you cancel within 24 hours of the event, you may not transfer your tickets to another event. We don’t offer refunds on any events.

🚗 We ask that children do not ride over/through tracks and equipment on our ride-on cars.
Please do not worry if your children take apart the tracks whilst playing - We encourage imagination and we are on hand to re-build the track when needed.

🚫No food or drink to be consumed whilst playing with the cars.

🚫No running in the venue.

Fire exits are located at the main entrance and within the venue.

All equipment is cleaned thoroughly after each use.

Please note:
-The premises we use are strictly non smoking/vaping.
-Some toys are aged 4+. Please speak to Pitstop staff for further information, if needed.

You are responsible for the welfare and whereabouts of the child/children for which you have purchased a ticket. *
