CACAO & DANCE - Hollow Bone: Dancing with the Ancestors

As the veil thins, we gather to dance.

This October, our Cacao & Dance takes us deeper than ever before - into the ancient practice of the Hollow Bone, and into the presence of those who walked before us.

The 30th of October sits in the sacred threshold between worlds - the time of Samhain, when the veil between the living and the ancestors grows thin. This is no ordinary dance. This is ceremony. 🕯️

We begin by grounding deeply into our bodies - arriving fully, settling into the space, preparing for the journey ahead.

From this place of rootedness, we drink cacao, we are blindfolded - and the journey begins.

Moving through the four directions, guided by music and Pollyana's voice, we will call in our loving and compassionate ancestors as we dance. Our maternal line. Our paternal line. Our collective ancestors. The spirits of this land. All woven together through sound, rhythm, and movement - one continuous, unfolding ceremony.

This is not four separate moments. This is one living, breathing journey, danced in the dark, held by the music, and witnessed by those who came before us.

What to expect:
🍫 A cacao ceremony to open the heart and prepare for the journey.
🌀 Blindfolded dance - grounding, ancestral invocation through the four directions, and free movement, all as one flowing experience.
🎶 Closing sound bath - integration, rest, and gentle return.

This is not performance. This is ceremony.

An invitation to dissolve the mask, empty out, honour those who came before, and remember your deepest freedom.
