Want to get back on track, work in a smaller group, go a bit deeper? This is for you.
Led by late-life ADHD discoverer and ADHD Coach Carol Stobie.
This Level 2 course is a supportive space to:
Refresh and extend your ADHD learning
Deepen self-awareness
Work on your individual priorities with support from the group
Focus on the changes you still need to make
Reaffirm your self-care if it’s slipped a bit (or take it further)
Strengthen your sense of community with others who get it, in a safe space
NO DIAGNOSIS NEEDED.
