Level 2: Small Group ADHD Peer Coaching. A six-week course for adults ready to build on what they learned in Level 1. In a supportive smaller group, you'll deepen self-awareness, strengthen daily habits, work on your own priorities, and connect with people who really get it. Led by ADHD coach Carol Stobie. Discounted places available for anyone who needs them.
Paper and pen might be handy if you like taking notes. Please let us know any special needs we should be aware of. Please make sure we have all your details and payment is made before start of course!
