Out & About, Together is a project that offers a series of community, nature and well-being adventures. All events are free of charge.
The aim is to enhance participants’ wellbeing, encourage social connection, and celebrate community togetherness.
The project is funded by Imago and organised and delivered by Righteous Oaks Forest School.
Participants must be over 55 years of age and living within the district of Ashford.
For this session we will be visiting Singleton Environment Centre. We will be given a tour when we arrive, then enjoy a buffet lunch after which Lynda Hammond, an RSPB volunteer, will talk to us about the RSPB.
Lunch, hot drinks, coach travel and the talk are all included.
🎟️ Carers/supporting family members are most welcome to come and will also need to book a ticket please.
Please bring the following with you on the day:
Any medication you might need
Any walking aids you will need
Money for any additional food or drinks you may wish to enjoy
Plenty of warm clothes and very sturdy shoes
