Come and join me for this one-off online Yoga Nidra on Bank Holiday Monday. I thought this would be the perfect offering at the end of your extended weekend and it's all from the comfort of your home.
We'll pop on and say hi before we get started. No need for videos at any point - I'll even turn my video off when I'm guiding you through Yoga Nidra. All you need to do is get comfortable and relax.

Find yourself a space where you can lay down and get comfortable (you can even lay on your bed). I'd recommend grabbing blankets, pillows, cushions, eye pillows and anything else you want to use to get as comfortable as possible.
