Love to Dance is a dance class for over 50s. We aim to increase physical activity, reduce social isolation and improve the health and wellbeing of over 50’s in our local community. You will learn a variety of dance styles across the year.

10:00am - 10:10am - Arrival and registration
10:10am - 10:25am - Warm up
10:25am - 10:55am - Learn a dance routine
11:55am - 11:05am - Break
11:05am - 11:20am - Learn a dance routine
11:20am - 11:25am - Cool down
11:25am - 11:30am - Departure
Weitere Informationen
You will need to wear:
- Comfortable/fitness clothing
- Trainers/dance footwear/comfortable footwear (no sandals/flipflops)
Parking: There is a small car park outside of the hall and additional on street parking.
